June Morning Walk

This is a Giclee print from an original colored pencil drawing by Carolyn Lehl of Johnson-Bell Arts. It’s done on Fabriano brand Italian acid-free black paper and is based on a photo by the artist taken in June on one of her weekly “Monday Morning Walks” in Bush’s Pasture Park in Salem, Oregon

Prints of this piece are available:

Giclee print from the original. $80.00 each, which includes shipping. There are four out of five left.

Giclee printing simply refers to the fine art print with an inkjet printer. The main difference between this and standard digital print is the intentional use of higher-end technologies such as fade-resistant dyes and pigment based dyes, allowing for certain elements to emerge with more visual emphasis, which will last much longer.

It is part of my "Monday Morning Walks in the Park" collection and is being shown in the Salem Art Association's show in conjunction with BUSH’S PASTURE PARK’S OREGON WHITE OAK LEGACY.

Excerpt from the show's narrative:

"By the end of the month, the grass has turned to the color of wheat and the color provides a nice glow in the morning sunshine. I so love walking in the slanted light at day break. I take pictures of this enchanting view as I walk."
